Creative Ventures develops and provides mobile applications designed to enhance users' daily lives. Our current portfolio includes:

• Newbo: A personal finance management application
• Push Up Games: A fitness gamification application (coming soon)

Each app may have additional specific terms that apply to its use.

• Accept automatic renewal unless cancelled before the renewal date

Refunds are handled according to the policies of the respective app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately.
